本公司將盡最大努力確保本網站所介紹的貨品為最新有關資料及價格，以及存貨供應量，並保留權利更改貨品的價格而不作另行通知。

貨品價格以訂購當日所示為準。

所有訂單須視乎相關貨品的供應情況再作最後確認及處理。如任何貨品因缺貨而未能提供予顧客，本公司有權拒絕接受該訂單，或提供相同種類及價格的貨品以供替代，並透過電話或電郵通知閣下。

當閣下成功訂貨後，本公司根據所提供之電郵地址，以電郵方式傳送訂購貨品之確認電郵，並清楚列明已訂購之收件人、產品種類、數量及價格。

本公司恕不負責因閣下提供錯誤的電郵地址，或因其他非本公司所能控制之因素如通訊網絡問題、電郵服務供應商問題等而導致電郵有所延誤或未能成功發送。當閣下成功訂貨後，本公司承諾在兩個工作天內聯絡客戶，如一星期內未能聯繫客戶或客戶未能在兩星期內完成訂單，本公司有權撤銷訂單而不作另行通知，客戶不得異議。

本公司倘若由於不可抗力的原因(包括由於天災、火災、水災、意外、暴亂、戰爭、政府政策、罷工或任何本公司不能控制的情況而未能準確地提供閣下所需的服務，本公司均不會向使用者或任何第三者承擔任何責任。
閣下如選擇自行提取服務，可到本公司門市自行提取已訂購之貨品。

本公司另提供送貨服務。

本公司保留權利修改本條款及條件。如有任何爭議，本公司保留最終的決定權。

These terms apply to your ordering of goods or services from (the Company) through www.hairbloomswigs.com (this website). Please read these Terms carefully before using this website. By using this website or any part thereof, you agree that you have read these Terms, and that you accept and agree to be bound by them. The company will do its best to ensure that the products introduced on this website have the latest relevant information, prices, and inventory availability, and reserves the right to change the prices of the products without prior notice. The price of the goods is as shown on the day of ordering. All orders are subject to the availability of relevant goods before final confirmation and processing. If any goods cannot be provided to customers due to shortage, the company has the right to refuse to accept the order, or provide goods of the same type and price as a substitute, and notify you by phone or email. After you place an order successfully, our company will send a confirmation email of the ordered goods via email based on the email address provided, and clearly indicate the recipient, product type, quantity and price of the order. If the customer cannot be contacted within one week or the customer fails to complete the order within two weeks, the company has the right to cancel the order without further notice, and the customer shall not object. If our company fails to accurately provide the services you need due to force majeure (including natural disasters, fires, floods, accidents, riots, wars, government policies, strikes or any circumstances beyond our control, our company will not will not bear any liability to users or any third party. If you choose the self-pickup service, you can go to our store to pick up the ordered goods yourself. The company also provides delivery services.The Company reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions. In case of any dispute, our company reserves the right to make the final decision.
